When should I contact an attorney?

Ideally you should contact an attorney as early as possible after your injury occurs. There are statutes of limitation which will affect whether or not you may bring a claim, should the time limit run. In order to make certain you are not barred from bringing a claim, you should contact an attorney to preserve your rights. Ideally, you should hire an attorney before talking to any insurance company.

What does it cost to hire an attorney?

Personal injury claims are handled on a contingency fee basis. This basically means that you don't pay the firm for our services unless you recover money for your injury.
