Royce Bicklein is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1998.  Royce is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Royce has significant experience in workers' compensation throughout the state and has participates in the law firms work in Odessa, Lubbock and San Antonio.

Royce is an active advocate for injured Texans through his work at the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation where has pushed for Claimant’s rights at multiple hearings, meetings, and other speaking opportunities.  Royce has lobbied the Texas Legislature on workers' compensation issues and has participated in the shaping the Rules for workers’ compensation through the Division of Workers' Compensation.

Royce has an active practice in workers’ compensation, social security disability, and civil personal injury law.  Royce maintains a heavy workload in the Midland / Odessa area and participates in the firm’s work throughout Texas including in Lubbock, San Antonio, Abilene, San Angelo, Amarillo, Austin and other areas.

Draper T. "Toby" Rodriguez is a graduate of McMurry University, Texas Tech University School of Law.  Toby also studied international law at the University of Guanatajuato in Mexico, and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2003. Toby is the firm’s chief counsel in West Texas and manages the Lubbock and Abilene offices of Miller & Bicklein. Toby represents clients before the Division of Workers’ Compensation and pursues civil actions on behalf of the firm’s client’s state wide. Toby has represented claimants all over the country in the pursuit of their Texas Workers' Compensation benefits.

Through his work with the firm, Toby has appeared in Texas district courts all over West Texas and throughout central Texas.  Toby has a range of clientele from the Midland / Odessa area to San Angelo, Abilene, and Amarillo.

Mark A. Cevallos was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from John Marshall High School, Mark earned a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College in 1999. Mark returned to San Antonio to earn a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2003 and was licensed in New Mexico in 2007.

Mark primarily represents personal injury and workers' compensation clients in litigation. He also handles client matters in the Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court. Mark travels across the state of Texas and into New Mexico to represent the rights of injured individuals and is the chief litigation associate for the firm.
