Kevin Miller is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1988. Kevin has vast and varied experience in trial law and has participated in trials in the United States Military Courts, United States Federal Courts and throughout many various Texas District Courts across the State. Kevin is the law firm's chief attorney and litigator and founder of the law firm 15 years ago. Kevin participates in all aspects of the firm's practice areas including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and other civil litigation practices.
Royce Bicklein is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1998. Royce is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Royce has significant experience in workers' compensation throughout the state and has participates in the law firms work in Odessa, Lubbock and San Antonio.
Draper T. "Toby" Rodriguez is a graduate of McMurry University, Texas Tech University School of Law. Toby also studied international law at the University of Guanatajuato in Mexico, and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2003. Toby is the firm’s chief counsel in West Texas and manages the Lubbock and Abilene offices of Miller & Bicklein. Toby represents clients before the Division of Workers’ Compensation and pursues civil actions on behalf of the firm’s client’s state wide. Toby has represented claimants all over the country in the pursuit of their Texas Workers' Compensation benefits.
Mark A. Cevallos was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from John Marshall High School, Mark earned a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College in 1999. Mark returned to San Antonio to earn a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2003 and was licensed in New Mexico in 2007.
