Draper T. "Toby" Rodriguez
Draper T. "Toby" Rodriguez is a graduate of McMurry University, Texas Tech University School of Law. Toby also studied international law at the University of Guanatajuato in Mexico, and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2003. Toby is the firm’s chief counsel in West Texas and manages the Lubbock office of Miller & Bicklein. Toby represents clients before the Division of Workers’ Compensation and pursues civil actions on behalf of the firm’s client’s state wide. Toby has represented claimants all over the country in the pursuit of their Texas Workers' Compensation benefits.
Through his work with the firm, Toby has appeared in Texas district courts all over West Texas and throughout central Texas. Toby has a range of clientele from the Midland / Odessa area to San Angelo, Abilene, and Amarillo.
