Alan Tysinger
Alan Tysinger is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1999. Alan is a partner in The Law Offices of Miller & Tysinger in San Antonio, which specializes in the pursuit of workers’ compensation claims in both the administrative actions and civil court. Alan has represented hundreds of injured workers and has helped them gain badly needed medical and income benefits to which they were entitled.
Alan is dedicated to improving the lives of injured workers through his practice in San Antonio and South Texas where he maintains an active practice representing injured workers through the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation. Through his work on behalf of injured workers, Alan has also pursued his client’s rights through the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) and through civil district courts. Alan practices in San Antonio, Laredo, the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, Austin, and all areas in between.
